Hi Francisca 👋 please, present yourself in a few words!
My name is Francisca, born and raised by the sea in Porto, Portugal. After years of studying Journalism at one of the oldest universities in Europe, I decided to call the Netherlands my “new temporary home” to deepen my knowledge in the field of communications. The “temporary” aspect of it was short-lived since a little after graduating, a position opened at Jedlix.
What is it that you do at Jedlix? What is your day-to-day?
For the past 2.5 years, I have looked after all customer support matters at Jedlix. My day-to-day consists of ensuring our end-users’ questions and/or issues are acknowledged and, if necessary, raised to our development team(s). I also assist our B2B partners with their own support efforts.
Why did you join Jedlix and how does it integrate with your values?
The world of EVs was extremely appealing to me, and had a growing interest in working for a company that acts on and work on a more sustainable future. It’s funny to think that I always considered myself the least technical person I knew. That is until I joined Jedlix, which is when I realised “technical” is not as intimidating or difficult as I perceived.
What is it you like the most about working here?
The team - everyone really cares and values the work we do here and the overall mission of Jedlix. Every day I get to learn something new and, after 2 years at Jedlix the feeling of novelty never left. Building a rapport of not only high support satisfaction rates but a web of relationships with our customers that go way beyond technical assistance.
